Georgian School of Progressive Studies (Georgia)

Academy of Social Democracy of the FES in Germany (http://www.fes-soziale-demokratie.de/), the course engages progressive-minded youth from all over Georgia to discuss the principles of Social Democracy and its place in contemporary Georgia. In 2015, the course included roughly 150 Georgian youth in different seminars and also comprised an essay competition. The winners of the competition went on to a study trip to Berlin where they explored the topic “Social Democracy and Political Participation in Germany.”
