Why Europe - How do people live in European countries?

For 30 years, Georgia has been trying to build a European-type state, however, we still face fundamental challenges that are not bringing us closer, but contrary distancing us from European-type democracy and development.

Against the backdrop of the neoliberal discourse prevailing in politics and public discourse, the population imagines Europe as a promised land of liberal freedoms, with a minimal state and a free market. The purpose of this publication is to remind the public that the main achievement of Europe is the Welfare State, which effectively guides the economic, social, health, education and other policies of the state and creates conditions for equality and universal development - this is the answer to the question - why Europe?
