Civic Engagement School 2022

Civic Engagement School 2022 promoted youth engagement and  provided opportunity for youth to gain civic activism skill in the regions of Georgia  (Tbilisi, Shida Kartli, Imereti, Adjara, and Samegrelo, Kakheti).

By using learning by doing methodology project  targeted  Georgia’s higher education institutions. More the 200 activities and Students' Action Projects as the primary strategy of the project, enabled students to put into practice their knowledge and understanding of citizens' values.  Advocacy and problem-solutions campaigns were planned and implemented by youngsters at local level with various communities and local self-governments as well as CSOs, media organizations etc.  Project supported promotion of political education in Georgian Universities and increasing  civic competence of the youth as well as peer education process; Participants  gained social capital, which  will further  growing it into the future activism.
