(In)equality in Georgia

We aimed at finding out the truth about the society, to uncover the hidden truth. Of course, we all know that Georgia is home to the rich, the poor, the destitute and the better-off.

We aimed at finding out the truth about the society, to uncover the hidden truth. Of course, we all know that Georgia is home to the rich, the poor, the destitute and the better-off. But what is our society like? What are the capacities? Who are the ones with influence over the society in its entirety or certain groups? Who has what rights and what are the capacities for the implementation of these rights? In light of these and other questions, our capacity to analyze societal, political or economic conditions, is extremely limited. So is forecast potential. The reader is not going to find an exhaustive answers to these questions. However, our objective was to introduce the problems of inequality in a broader academic and public agenda.
