ESCape - A new Stage of ongoing Trainings for Job Coaches, Georgia

Within the framework of the EU-funded employment promotion project - ESCape, the training of (project) job coaches is being intensively carried out in order to raise their qualification.

Another stage of training began on October 27. The 4-day course is led by Austrian and Georgian trainers, who share theoretical and practical experience with intensive consulting-coaching processes.

This is a valuable experience for job coaches and ultimately aims to simplify the process of promoting employment of the project's target segment, including disabled persons, single parents, persons with long work breaks and other beneficiaries.

The ESCape project is made possible through the financial support of the EU Skills4Jobs program. The project is managed by a consortium, led by The Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES) and its 3 project partners, the State Employment Support Agency (SESA), the Democracy Development Agency (DDA), and the Education Development and Employment Center (EDEC).
